Gum wood burns slow, clean and hot. Stand back, and don’t be tempted to use it for cooking with. Eucalyptus oil and food aren’t an ideal combination. Gum is a hardwood timber, which burns at a very high temperature ideal for maximum heat output. All pieces are cut to no longer than 30cm, so they’ll fit all braziers and just about all log burners.
